Healthy Day

So today I've decided I am going to eat super healthy and restricted diet and nothing that bloats me. I have a wedding tomorrow and my sister asked me "did you pick that dress while using a mirror that makes you look skinny?" OMG.

So anyway so far I've had cereal for lunch/breakfast at 630am at Curves. *last day at curves!* It's a mix of Kashi cereal and Cranberry crunch. I also added some almonds and cranberries to make it taste better. Half a cup of milk of skim milk was also consumed with these meal.
I also had half a package of this greenmax green tea instant mix. It tastes OK,.. The whole package is 130 calories and has 6.6g of fibre and 3.5 g of protein :). I also had a cup of president's choice tea... Since work is so long and boring (7.5 hours of watching old ladies work out) I really needed these. I brought a thermos of hot water to work.

I got home from Curves and naturally I was starving! So I ate this. A small bowl of rice with Vietnamese Bun Rieu broth and pork + egg meat things. Its soo good. My mouth is watering thinking of it..

And I was still hungry after so I ate cereal again. I was contemplating making instant noodles + eggs to eat. I actually crave instant noodles sometimes . So this is the same thing I ate for breakfast at 6am, except less. There is the cranberry crunch cereal and the Kashi one.
And then I took a long nap...........

At work I didn't eat very much. I ate a bowl of miso soup. Miso soup is actually super healthy for you! Packed with vitamins and also has the essential fatty acid linoleic acid. It also reduces the risk of breast, colon and prostate cancer.  You can read about it here

I watched a movie with my friend last night and naturally that includes buying a bunch of bad food.. so I ate a couple handfuls of cheese Goldfish and a lot of gummy candy........ XD.

In the end today wasn't very healthy. I need to go grocery shopping since my house doesn't seem to have any FRUITS AND VEGGIES ..

Tracy inspired food blog

My friend Tracy and I have been strugging with food and what we consume everyday for almost a year now, and in attempt to keep tabs on what we eat, it was decided that keeping a food blog would be a good idea. Although it's been a long time coming (CL!) here we go. So today I skipped breakfast, (I know sooooo bad, I woke up at 9am too..) and all I've had is a Caramel Light Frappuccino (Grande) from Starbucks. It has 250 calories, 2.0 g of fat and 4.0 g of fibre! (but 37g of sugar).

When I got home from SB, I was really hungry and my Dad brought home some breakfast from the breakfast take out place we own.. so I ate some. There was garlic sausage for the meat choice but I opted for the ham instead. Not sure how many calories/grams of fat/salt is in here..This breakfast consists of hald a slice of multigrain toast, one over-easy egg, a cup of hashbrowns and half a slice of ham. I also had a glass of orange juice.

I ate dinner at the sushi restaurant I work at (owned by koreans). I ate half a cup of sushi rice and some sauteed veggies (carrots, onions, celery) a long with 3 fried pork dumplings. I didn't take a picture of it because I was at work.. definitely regret those dumplings.

After work, it was about 11:20 and I came home and there was gong chao ngow ho on the table. My parents ordered take out and I couldnt resist...so I ate a small bowl.
So this day has been basically loaded with carbs and meat >_<..... not good.
